Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC in Huntington Beach seeks a General Manager to oversee studio sales, lead the team, and drive membership growth while reducing attrition. You will hire, train, and manage Sales Associates, and supervise instructors to deliver exceptional member experiences.

You will use ClubReady to generate revenue reports, track attendance, and support strategic marketing efforts. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail/service or fitness sales, preferably with leadership scope.
• Proven ability to drive sales and train Sales Associates.
• Experience managing multiple revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, teacher training.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization, data management, and deadline focus.
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing and networking events.
• Implement sales process to convert prospects to Intro classes.
• Drive membership sales while managing staff schedules.
• Stock control and inventory accuracy for retail products.
• Hire, train, and supervise Sales Associates and instructors.
• Use ClubReady for revenue and attendance reporting; mentor staff as needed.
