Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pilates Leader to guide the Pilates program, grow the community, and mentor instructors. You will own client acquisition, retention, and session customization across Private and Semi-Private formats.

You will lead with an ownership mindset, ensure session quality, and drive program visibility while staying current on certifications and industry trends. This is an on-site role at Life Time locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Comprehensively certified Pilates instructor with apparatus training.
• Certified in beginner to advanced Pilates repertoire.
• Experience progressing the Pilates method through program design.

Responsibilities

• Drive member engagement to boost client acquisition.
• Maintain experience standards for the Pilates portfolio.
• Operate the Pilates business with an ownership mindset.
• Provide personalized sessions: Private and Semi Private.
• Integrate apparatus into session programming for effectiveness.
• Build clientele through exceptional service and results.
• Document client programming and keep studios tidy.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
