Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pilates Leader to guide and own the Pilates program, building community, growth, and client satisfaction.

You will mentor instructors, drive client acquisition and retention, and champion professional development while maintaining studio standards. You will oversee private and semi-private sessions, integrate apparatus, manage client documentation, and ensure compliance with certifications.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates instructor with comprehensive apparatus training.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Experience designing progression in Pilates programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive member engagement to boost client acquisition
• Ensure experience standards for the Pilates portfolio
• Own the Pilates business with brand ownership mindset
• Provide personalized customization in Private and Semi Private sessions
• Integrate apparatus into programming for effective sessions
• Build a strong clientele through exceptional service
