Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Pilates Instructor with comprehensive reformer, mat, tower/cadillac, chair and barrel training.
• CPR and AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive member engagement to boost client acquisition.
• Ensure experience standards for the Pilates portfolio.
• Operate the Pilates business with an ownership mindset.
• Provide personalized customization in sessions (Private and Semi Private).
• Integrate Pilates apparatus into session programming.
• Build and maintain a strong clientele through service and results.
• Utilize the Pilates method to create positive client changes.
• Complete all admin requirements for client programming.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
• Create an empowering and motivating environment for clients.
