Qualifications

• Certified Pilates instructor with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to grow and lead a Pilates program.
• Strong client relationship and sales aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive member engagement to boost client acquisition.
• Ensure experience standards for the Pilates portfolio.
• Own the Pilates business with an ownership mindset.
• Provide personalized sessions (Private and Semi-Private) tailored to clients.
• Integrate apparatus into session programming for effectiveness.
• Build a strong client base through exceptional service.
• Document client programming and maintain studio organization.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
