Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pilates Leader to guide and own the Pilates program, fostering community among clients and Team Members while creating an inclusive environment.

You will drive program growth through client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, mentoring instructors and elevating the program’s visibility. Responsibilities include engaging members, maintaining standards, and delivering personalized sessions (1:1 and semi-private), while staying current on certifications and trends

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Comprehensive Pilates instructor certification.
• Pilates repertoire certification (Beginner to Advanced).
• 2 years sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive member engagement to boost client acquisition.
• Ensure experience standards for the Pilates portfolio.
• Own the Pilates business with an ownership mindset and brand alignment.
• Provide personalized 1:1 and small group sessions.
• Integrate Pilates apparatus into session programming.
• Build and maintain clientele through exceptional service and results.
• Complete administrative requirements for client fitness plans.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
• Create an empowering and motivating environment for clients.
