Qualifications

• Certified Pilates instructor with comprehensive certification in Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair and Barrels.
• 3 years of Pilates training experience.
• 2 years of sales experience.
• CPR and AED certified.
• Leadership experience in Pilates or fitness.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive member engagement to boost client acquisition.
• Maintain experience standards for the Pilates portfolio.
• Lead and mentor Pilates instructors.
• Develop and customize private and semi-private sessions.
• Manage studio operations and cleanliness.
• Keep certifications current and stay updated on trends.
• Document client programming and progress.
