Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking Pilates Leaders to guide and own the Pilates program, cultivating a community for clients and Team Members.

You will drive program growth, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction while mentoring instructors to elevate the brand and outcomes. Responsibilities include engaging members, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring personalized, results-driven sessions across Private and Semi-Private formats.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Comprehensively certified Pilates Instructor with reformer, mat, tower/cadillac, chair and barrels training.
• Certified in Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Pilates repertoire.
• CPR and AED certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive member engagement to boost client acquisition.
• Ensure experience standards for the Pilates portfolio.
• Operate the Pilates business with an ownership mindset.
• Provide personalized customization in all sessions (Private 1:1 and Semi Private 3-6).
• Integrate all Pilates apparatus into session programming for comprehensive sessions.
• Build and maintain a strong clientele through exceptional service and results.
• Document client programming and complete administrative requirements.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization.
• Stay current on certifications, credentials, continuing education, and trends.
• Create an empowering and motivating environment for all clients.
