Job summary

Life Time Inc. in New York is seeking a Pilates Leader to guide and own the Pilates program, driving growth through client acquisition and retention. You will mentor Pilates instructors, oversee programming, and champion professional growth while elevating the program’s visibility and impact.

You will lead a team, ensure high service standards, and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for clients and Team Members alike, with a commission-based pay structure and a base above minimum wage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• CPR and AED certified
• 3 years of Pilates training experience
• 2 years of sales experience

Responsibilities

• Drive member engagement to boost client acquisition
• Ensure experience standards for the Pilates portfolio
• Own the Pilates business with an ownership mindset
• Provide personalized customization in Private and Semi Private sessions
• Integrate all Pilates apparatus into session programming
• Build and maintain a strong clientele through service and results
