Job summary

JETSET Pilates seeks energetic instructors to lead 50-minute music-driven Pilates classes, coaching clients with form corrections and modifications. You will build genuine relationships, deliver hospitality, and reflect the brand in every class.

You will participate in ongoing education, attend team meetings, and have opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding brand. Flexible scheduling and local training support are available.

Qualifications

• Passion for health and wellness and helping others achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently lead a fast-paced, music-driven class.
• Ability to receive feedback and continuously improve.
• Previous group fitness instruction experience is preferred but not required.
• Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain before teaching independently).
• Willingness to complete the JETSET Instructor Training Academy Program, including a 5-day on-site training.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, music-driven, 50-minute Pilates classes with safety and consistency.
• Provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and modifications for all levels.
• Inspire clients while maintaining energy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
