Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking an energetic instructor to deliver 50-minute music-driven Pilates classes, providing coaching and modifications for all levels while maintaining a high-energy, professional studio presence.

You will build relationships with members, participate in training, and help grow the brand while upholding hospitality and community standards. CPR/AED certification is required; completion of the JETSET Instructor Training Academy (5-day on-site) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, music-driven, 50-minute Pilates classes with safety and consistency.
• Provide coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications for all levels.
• Inspire clients while maintaining energy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Foster welcoming studio environment and build authentic member relationships.
• Represent the JETSET brand in and outside the studio; participate in trainings and events.
