Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking an instructor to deliver energy-filled, music-driven 50-minute Pilates classes and to coach clients across skill levels. You will create a welcoming studio experience, provide form corrections, and tailor exercises to individuals while upholding the brand’s hospitality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, wellness and helping others achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently lead a fast-paced, music-driven group fitness class.
• Ability to receive feedback, adapt quickly, and continuously improve.
• Willingness to complete required instructor training.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, music-driven, 50-minute Pilates classes with safe, challenging experiences.
• Provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications.
• Inspire and motivate clients while maintaining energy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Build authentic relationships and foster a welcoming studio environment.
• Deliver hospitality that reflects the JETSET brand before, during, and after classes.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and community engagement as needed.
