Job summary

JETSET Pilates is looking for an enthusiastic instructor to lead 50-minute reformer-based classes in a music-driven studio. You will coach clients individually, correct form, and modify exercises to suit all levels, while maintaining a welcoming, energetic atmosphere.

You will participate in ongoing instructor training, support local marketing, and help grow the studio community through Hospitality, events, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently lead a fast-paced, music-driven group fitness class.
• Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain prior to teaching independently).
• Willingness to complete the JETSET Instructor Training Academy Program (5-day on-site training).

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, music-driven, 50-minute modern Pilates classes.
• Provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications.
• Inspire and motivate clients while maintaining energy and professionalism.
• Build authentic relationships with clients and foster a welcoming studio environment.
• Represent the JETSET Brand in and outside the studio.
