Job summary

JETSET Pilates seeks an enthusiastic instructor to lead 50-minute, music-driven Pilates classes with a focus on safety, form, and client experience. You will provide coaching and modifications for all fitness levels while fostering a welcoming studio environment.

You’ll represent the JETSET brand and engage with members and the team. Qualifications include CPR/AED certification and a commitment to complete the Instructor Training Academy, with ongoing development and adherence to studio

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently lead a fast-paced, music-driven group fitness class.
• Willingness to complete the JETSET Instructor Training Academy Program and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, music-driven 50-minute Pilates classes with safety and consistency.
• Provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications for all levels.
• Foster a welcoming studio environment and build authentic relationships with members.
• Represent the JETSET brand through professional conduct and participation in team activities.
