Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking instructors to deliver modern, music-driven Pilates classes and create an unforgettable studio experience. You’ll lead 50-minute sessions, coach clients of all levels, and help build a welcoming community while upholding the JETSET brand.

Applicants should be enthusiastic, coachable, and ready to complete the instructor training, with CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain it, and a willingness to participate in ongoing development and team events.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain prior to teaching independently).
• Willingness to complete the JETSET Instructor Training Academy Program, including a 5-day on-site training.
• Experience in group fitness instruction preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, music-driven, 50-minute modern Pilates classes with safety, challenge, and consistency.
• Provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications for all fitness levels.
• Inspire and motivate clients while maintaining energy, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout every class.
• Build authentic relationships with clients and foster a welcoming, inclusive studio environment.
• Represent the JETSET brand, participate in team meetings and events, and support local marketing efforts.
• Complete instructor training and continuously improve coaching through feedback and development.
