Job summary

JETSET Pilates in New York is seeking enthusiastic instructors to lead energy-filled, music-driven Pilates classes, ensuring safety, challenge, and consistency for all clients. You will provide coaching, form corrections, and modifications as needed, while building a welcoming studio community.

You will embody JETSET values, participate in training, and contribute to ongoing education and studio events, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain prior to teaching independently).
• Previous group fitness instruction experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, music-driven, 50-minute modern Pilates classes that deliver a safe, challenging, and consistent experience.
• Provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications to clients of all fitness levels.
• Inspire and motivate clients while maintaining energy, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout every class.
• Build authentic relationships with clients and foster a welcoming, inclusive studio environment.
