Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a dedicated instructor to lead 50-minute music-driven Pilates classes in a boutique studio setting. You’ll coach, correct form, and tailor exercises to clients across levels, delivering an engaging, safe experience.

As part of the team, you’ll build strong relationships with members, uphold the JETSET brand, participate in training, and contribute to community events. Availability mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain) prior to teaching.
• Experience in group fitness is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead 50-minute music-driven Pilates classes with safety, consistency, and challenge.
• Provide coaching, form corrections, and modifications for all fitness levels.
• Inspire and motivate clients while maintaining energy and professionalism throughout each class.
• Build authentic relationships with members and foster an inclusive studio environment.
• Represent the JETSET brand by upholding values and participating in meetings, training, and events.
