Job summary

JETSET Pilates in California is seeking instructors to deliver music-driven, 50-minute Pilates classes and mentor clients toward stronger bodies and confident minds.

You will provide coaching, correct form, and modifications while building relationships and delivering hospitality that reflects the JETSET brand. This role offers ongoing education and growth in a rapidly expanding studio network.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about health, wellness and helping others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently lead a fast-paced, music-driven group fitness class.
• Ability to receive feedback and continuously improve.
• CPR/AED certification current or able to obtain before teaching independently.
• Completion of JETSET Instructor Training Academy Program, including a 5-day on-site training.

Responsibilities

• Lead 50-minute music-driven Pilates classes with safety and consistency.
• Provide coaching, form corrections, and modifications for all fitness levels.
• Foster a welcoming studio environment and build client relationships.
• Represent the JETSET Brand during and after classes and participate in events.
