Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Studio Sales Associate for our Suburban Square studio to create a warm piercing and shopping experience. You’ll assist with ear piercings, offer product recommendations, and uphold high cleanliness and safety standards.

This hourly, non-exempt role requires weekend availability and reports to the Studio Manager. You’ll greet customers, upsell jewelry and aftercare, and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• Weekend, nights and holidays availability is required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8 hours.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Friendly, team-oriented with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and create a celebratory environment.
• Check customers in or help book appointments using POS systems.
• Assist with ear piercings and recommend piercing and non-piercing jewelry.
• Answer questions about piercing procedures, aftercare and product details.
• Promote and upsell Rowan products and maintain stock and cleanliness.
