Job summary

Rowan is seeking a customer-obsessed Studio Sales Associate for our Jordan Creek Town Center studio. You will assist customers with ear piercings, provide product recommendations, and help maintain a clean, safe studio environment. This hourly, non-exempt role requires weekend availability and teamwork with Studio Managers and nurses.

You will promote Rowan’s products, upsell accessories, and stay informed about materials and care instructions while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication and sales skills.
• Experience in retail or service industries preferred.
• Able to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with ear piercings and jewelry selection.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges using POS.
• Keep studio clean, stocked, and compliant with safety standards.
• Upsell products and maintain product knowledge.
