Job summary

Rowan in Eastview is seeking a customer-obsessed Studio Sales Associate to create an exceptional piercing and shopping experience. You’ll greet customers, assist with ear piercings, offer product recommendations, and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

You will upsell jewelry and aftercare products, stay knowledgeable about Rowan’s offerings, and work weekends as part of a small, collaborative studio team dedicated to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
• Enjoy helping customers choose jewelry and providing great service.
• Capable of standing for 8 hours and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a celebratory environment.
• Assist with appointments and check-ins using POS systems.
• Help customers choose piercing and jewelry, and answer questions about procedures and care.
• Promote and upsell products and services.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and inventory, follow safety regulations.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and team, participate in training.
