Job summary

Rowan in Lenox is seeking a customer-focused Studio Sales Associate to create a memorable piercing and shopping experience. You will assist customers with ear piercings, upsell non-piercing jewelry, and ensure the studio remains clean and compliant with safety standards.

Weekend coverage and a positive, energetic demeanor are essential. You will work with the Studio Manager and Nurse Piercers to deliver exceptional service, process transactions, and support inventory and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Weekend, nights and holidays availability is required.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to upsell.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Love for jewelry and helping customers choose earrings.
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers to create a celebratory environment.
• Assist customers with appointments via POS and software systems.
• Help customers choose piercing and hypoallergenic jewelry.
• Answer questions about piercing procedures, aftercare, and product details.
• Promote Rowan products and upsell related items.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, inventory, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and team for seamless service.
• Process transactions and manage returns/exchanges.
