Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Studio Sales Associate for our Burlington Mall studio. You will deliver a warm, customer-focused piercing and shopping experience, assist with ear piercings, and support the team on weekends.

Join a brand known for cleanliness, safety, and the art of ear styling. You will promote products, answer questions about procedures and aftercare, and work with Studio Managers to ensure exceptional service while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• You must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
• You love jewelry and helping customers choose their earrings.
• You pride yourself on delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers to create a celebratory environment.
• Assist customers with appointments, using POS and systems.
• Help customers select piercing and hypoallergenic jewelry and answer questions.
• Promote and upsell Rowan’s products, maintain product knowledge, hit sales targets.
