Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Nurse Piercing Specialist in a retail studio environment across the US. Licensed nurses will perform piercings under Rowan Clinical Piercing Standard®, paired with hypoallergenic products, in a celebratory setting.

Ideal candidates have RN/LPN licensure, strong customer care, and a passion for safe, joyful experiences. Flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and opportunities for career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license required.
• Strong customer care skills in a retail/clinical setting.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Newly licensed nurses welcome and eligible for training.
• Excellent communication and professional bedside manner.

Responsibilities

• Create magical, memorable customer experiences with clinical care and a celebratory atmosphere during each piercing session.
• Ensure customer safety and comfort and smooth flow of care.
• Provide clear, confident communication with clients throughout the piercing experience.
• Educate customers on aftercare and Rowan After Care products.
• Maintain sterile environment at nurse station and procedure tray; sanitize surfaces and instruments.
• Monitor customer experience and address issues to uphold Rowan standards.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager to keep operations running smoothly.
• Mentor and train new nurses on Rowan Clinical Piercing Standards.
• Support inventory and supplies, ensuring stations are stocked and equipment is clean.
