Rowan is seeking a Studio Nurse to deliver safe, celebratory ear-piercing experiences alongside a licensed nursing team. You will perform piercings with precision, educate on aftercare, and help maintain a joyful studio atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license.
• Eligible to obtain body art license/registration per state/local laws.
• Professional, engaging customer care approach.

• Able to convey both technical and non-technical info.
• Interest in a retail environment with sales goals.

• Flexible schedule, including holidays/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create magical, memorable customer experiences with clinical care and celebratory atmosphere during each piercing session.
• Ensure customer safety and comfort with smooth care flow.
• Provide confident, clear, professional communication with clients.
• Educate customers on aftercare and promote Rowan After Care.
• Conduct a thorough ear evaluation for perfect earring placement and styling advice.
• Monitor the customer experience and address issues to maintain standards.
• Maintain sterile, aseptic environment at nurse station and procedure tray.
• Apply infection control knowledge to deliver safe piercing services.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager to keep operations smooth and joyful.
• Fill shifts as needed and mentor new nurses on Rowan standards.
• Keep stations stocked and supplies ready; sterilize instruments.
• Follow state, federal, and CDC guidelines for sanitation.
• Support studio sales targets and educate on aftercare benefits.
• Report and escalate operational concerns promptly.
