Rowan is recruiting licensed nurses to deliver safe, celebratory ear-piercing experiences across our U.S. studios. You will perform piercings, educate on aftercare, and uphold Rowan’s Clinical Piercing Standards in a joyful, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Eligible to obtain or possess a body art license or registration as required by state/local laws.
• Professional and engaging customer care approach.

Responsibilities

• Create magical and memorable customer experiences by combining clinical care with a celebratory atmosphere during each piercing session.
• Ensure customer safety and comfort and smooth flow of customer care.
• Educate customers on aftercare and Rowan After Care to support healing.
• Maintain a sterile and aseptic environment at the nurse station and on the procedure tray.
• Follow state, federal, and CDC guidelines for sanitary piercing experiences.
• Support studio metrics through high-quality service and sales awareness.
• Collaborate with the Studio Manager to keep operations running smoothly and mentor new nurses.
