Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Body art license or registration eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Create magical and memorable customer experiences by combining clinical care with a celebratory atmosphere during each piercing session.
• Ensure customer's safety, comfort, and smooth flow of care.
• Provide confident, clear, and professional communication with clients throughout their piercing experience.
• Educate customers on aftercare and promote Rowan After Care.
• Conduct ear evaluations to find optimal piercing placement and offer styling advice.
• Maintain a sterile and aseptic environment at the nurse station and on the procedure tray.
• Follow state, federal, and CDC guidelines for sanitary piercing.
• Support studio metrics: revenue growth, piercings per hour, and average order value.
• Report operational concerns to management and collaborate on solutions.
