Rowan is seeking a Studio Nurse to provide safe, sterile ear piercing using licensed nursing expertise. You will guide clients through every step while upholding Rowan Clinical Piercing Standards in a celebratory environment.

Responsibilities include educating on aftercare, maintaining clean stations, collaborating with the Studio Manager, and mentoring colleagues. This full-time on-site role in Greensboro offers growth opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license is required.
• Eligibility to obtain or possess a body art license per state/local laws.
• Professional and engaging customer care approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, sterile ear piercing following Rowan Clinical Piercing Standards.
• Educate customers on aftercare and product options.
• Maintain a comforting, celebratory atmosphere during procedures.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and cleanliness of all stations and instruments.
• Collaborate with the Studio Manager for smooth operations.
• Mentor and train new nurses as needed to uphold standards.
• Communicate clearly with clients throughout the piercing experience.
• Assist in inventory and supply management at the nurse station.
