Rowan is seeking an RN or LPN/LVN licensed Nurse for our piercing studio across the United States. You will perform clinical ear piercings, ensure a safe, clean, and celebratory experience, and educate guests on aftercare while promoting Rowan products.

This role blends nursing expertise with retail service, requiring flexible shifts, strong communication, and a passion for creating memorable milestones for customers.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license is required.
• Customer care and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a retail environment with sales goals.
• Attention to detail and infection control practices are mandatory.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, sterile ear piercing with clinical standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a celebratory environment.
• Educate on aftercare and promote Rowan After Care products.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and mentor junior nurses.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of stations and instruments.
• Conform to state, federal, and CDC guidelines for safety.
