Job summary

Mejuri, a pioneer in modern fine jewelry, is seeking a Piercing Lead to oversee Mejuri Piercing Studio in Miami. You will elevate customer service, drive profitability, ensure safety and hygiene, and guide clients through piercing services, aftercare, and product offerings.

The role requires 2+ years piercing experience, needle piercing familiarity, and OSHA First Aid/BBP certifications. We offer flexible hours, growth opportunities, and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with needle piercing.
• Experience working with threadless jewellery.
• Up to date with First Aid and Blood‑borne Pathogens OSHA Certifications.
• Experience working with an autoclave or statim.
• Understanding of local piercing law requirements and permits.
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols surrounding piercing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the piercing customer journey from greeting to aftercare education.
• Act as Mejuri ambassador and promote in-store piercing services and offerings.
• Build a strong local client base and coordinate with Store Manager on improvements.
• Maintain scheduling, online booking, and ensure safety compliance and cleanliness.
• Explain procedures, risks, and tailor aftercare for materials and client needs.
• Drive appointment occupancy and collaborate with Store Services for equipment.
