Job summary

Mejuri in the United States is seeking a Piercing Lead to drive customer service and profitability across Mejuri's piercing studio. You will oversee end-to-end client journeys, from greeting to aftercare education, in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

You will work with state-of-the-art equipment, handle needle piercing and jewelry such as gold and titanium, ensure hygiene, manage scheduling, and collaborate with Store Managers to align with Mejuri's standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with needle piercing.
• Experience with threadless jewellery.
• First Aid and OSHA certifications up to date.
• Experience with autoclave or statim.

Responsibilities

• Oversee piercing studio operations with Store Services team.
• Manage inventory and ensure stock at studio.
• Maintain health and safety standards and cleanliness.
• Ensure legal compliance and waivers.
• Be expert on piercing jewelry assortment.
• Support upsizing/downsizing process for clients.
• Lead schedule with store staff and online booking.
• Explain aftercare and signs of infection.
• Train team on Mejuri Steps of Selling.
• Promote piercing services including engraving.
