Job summary

Mejuri is seeking a Piercing Lead to head the Mejuri Piercing Studio, elevate customer experiences, and drive profitability across markets. You will manage piercings, educate clients on aftercare, and ensure safety and hygiene with gold, titanium, and labret options.

You’ll collaborate with Store Managers, coordinate schedules, and promote services like engraving and other offerings while ensuring regulatory compliance and a top-tier customer journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with needle piercing.
• Experience working with threadless jewellery.
• Up-to-date with First Aid and Blood-borne Pathogens OSHA Certifications.
• Experience using an autoclave or statim.
• Have or be registrable with local permits and piercing law requirements.
• Knowledge of local piercing laws and health/safety standards.
• Strong focus on service excellence in a consumer environment.
• Bonus: experience selling product at a fast growing company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the piercing studio operations with Store Services and Store Manager.
• Support inventory management and ensure optimal quantities at the studio.
• Maintain health and safety standards and clean, compliant space.
• Ensure proper identification, waivers, and local regulatory compliance.
