Job summary

Mejuri is seeking a piercing studio specialist in the United States to oversee the customer journey from greeting to aftercare, lead by example on service excellence, and maintain studio standards.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager on operations, inventory, safety, and scheduling, while tailoring aftercare and promoting piercing services and related offerings. This role supports a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of piercing experience required.
• Experience with threadless jewellery desired.
• Up-to-date First Aid/OSHA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee piercing studio operations and ensure outstanding customer experience from greeting to aftercare.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with Store Services to ensure adequate supplies.
• Uphold health and safety standards; manage waste, equipment, and cleanliness.
