Job summary

Kanner & Pintaluga is seeking a Training Specialist to educate Personal Injury Litigation staff on firm systems, Microsoft Office, and case-management tools. You will audit files for accuracy and coach teams in best practices from pre-litigation through trial.

The role requires 5+ years in paralegal/legal assistant or training work, with strong organizational and communication abilities. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and a 9-5 schedule in Orlando, FL.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Paralegal/legal assistant or training experience.
• Personal injury or general litigation experience is preferred.
• Experience with case management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience e-filing in both state and federal courts.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing existing files to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Audit file documents such as pleadings, emails, and related case materials.
• Ensures litigation staff and attorneys are updating files consistently and accurately
• Monitors file activity to ensure all case files are handled at least once per month.
• Identifies discrepancies or errors within case files and communicates findings to management for review and follow-up.
• Prepares and maintains file audit reports, including documentation of findings, trends, and training records.
• Develop and deliver training programs on firm systems, office software applications, and departmental workflows
• Monitors employees’ progress during the training process.
• Create user manuals and provide one-on-one assistance when needed.
• Ensure all employees are trained according to company standards.
• Identify areas of improvement in existing training methods.
• Provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of the training program.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
