Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal/legal assistant or training experience.
• Personal injury or general litigation experience is preferred.
• Experience with case management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience e-filing in both state and federal courts.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing staff on firm systems, office software applications, and departmental workflows.
• Audit and verify case file data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with firm standards.
• Develop and deliver training programs on firm systems, office software, and workflows.
• Monitor employees’ progress during training and provide individualized support.
• Create user manuals and provide one-on-one assistance when needed.
