Job summary

Kanner & Pintaluga is seeking a Litigation Training Specialist & Paralegal in Coral Gables, FL. The role trains staff on firm systems, Office applications, Filevine, e-filing, and workflows, while auditing case files for accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in paralegal or training within personal injury or general litigation, with strong attention to detail and the ability to coach teams through PI case lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of paralegal, legal assistant, or training experience.
• Personal injury or general litigation experience preferred.
• Experience with case management software, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
• E-filing experience in state and federal courts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review existing files for data accuracy.
• Audit file documents such as pleadings, emails, and related case materials.
• Ensure staff updates files consistently and accurately.
• Monitor file activity to ensure each casefile is updated monthly.
• Identify discrepancies or errors and communicate findings to management.
• Prepare and maintain file audit reports and training records.
• Develop and deliver training programs on firm systems and workflows.
• Monitor employees' progress during training.
• Create user manuals and provide one-on-one assistance.
• Ensure all employees are trained to firm standards.
• Identify areas of improvement in training methods.
• Provide feedback to management on training effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
