Responsibilities

• Manage phytosanitary certification documentation from application through final approval and filing.
• Enter and maintain shipment information in tracking spreadsheets and other records.
• Submit documentation through government systems and prepare paperwork for inspections.
• Coordinate USDA inspections by staging shipments and completing required forms.
• Verify shipment details, including weights, batch numbers, container numbers, and unit counts.
• Maintain organized electronic records and ensure documentation is easily retrievable.
• Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets used for shipment tracking, reporting, and compliance activities.
• Monitor multiple active shipments and follow up to ensure timely completion of all documentation requirements.
