LanceSoft is seeking a detail-oriented shipping documentation administrator for a 12-month onsite role. You will manage phytosanitary documentation through approval and filing, maintain shipment data, and prepare paperwork for inspections in coordination with USDA processes.

Responsibilities include tracking shipments, verifying weights and container numbers, and maintaining organized electronic records. Proficiency in Excel and the ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage phytosanitary certification documentation from application through final approval and filing.
• Enter and maintain shipment information in tracking spreadsheets and other operational records.
• Submit documentation through government systems and prepare paperwork for inspections.
• Coordinate USDA inspections by staging shipments and completing required forms.
• Verify shipment details, including weights, batch numbers, container numbers, and unit counts.
• Maintain organized electronic records and ensure documentation is easily retrievable.
• Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets used for shipment tracking, reporting, and compliance activities.
• Monitor multiple active shipments and follow up to ensure timely completion of all documentation requirements.
