Ingenovis Health is seeking a Physician Resource Specialist in Kentucky to coordinate scheduling, housing, travel, and advocacy for physicians. You will collaborate with leadership, field operations, recruiting and credentialing to meet contractual obligations.

The role requires healthcare administrative experience, strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, including on-call coverage after hours.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or three years healthcare administrative experience.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Experience working with physicians preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and training capability.

Responsibilities

• Creates physician scheduling for hospital clients and physicians
• Maintains professional working relationship with hospital clients and physicians
• Investigates and resolves complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
• Troubleshoots physician scheduling conflicts
• Provides mandatory on call support after business hours, weekends, and holidays
• Maintains physician calendars
• Manages travel itineraries, housing and welcome packets for physicians
• Coordinates and schedules property viewings with leasing agents
• Negotiates leases and housing vendor contracts
• Maintains housing (leases, utilities, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) and auto reports
• Manages and controls housing budgets
• Establishes rental rates by market research and costs
• Ensures premises are ready for new occupants
• Creates housing and auto policies and procedures, orients new physicians
• Monitors automotive maintenance and repairs
• Manages vendor contracts and implementation processes
• Improves process consistency to deliver quality patient care
• Performs additional duties as requested by management
