Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking a Physician Resource Specialist to coordinate physician scheduling, housing and travel for hospital clients. You will work across Leadership, Field Operations, Recruiting and Credentialing to meet contractual obligations.

The role requires healthcare admin experience and strong communication skills; responsibilities include on-call support after hours, lease negotiations, budgeting and process improvements to enhance patient care delivery.

Qualifications

• Two (2) year degree or three (3) years of healthcare administrative experience.
• Two (2) years of customer service experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Self-sufficient with strong time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Creates physician scheduling for hospital clients and physicians.
• Maintains professional relationships with hospital clients and physicians.
• Investigates and resolves complaints and concerns promptly.
• Troubleshoots scheduling conflicts and provides after-hours support.
• Manages housing and travel logistics for physicians, including leases and vendor contracts.
• Coordinates property viewings with leasing agents; negotiates leases and housing vendor contracts.
• Maintains housing, utilities, and related budgets; conducts market research for rental rates.
• Ensures premises are ready for new occupants and orients physicians to policies.
