Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking a Physician Recruiter to identify and recruit physician candidates using company databases and tele-recruiting leads. You will serve as the primary contact for candidates and coordinate with clients to place physicians nationally.

Responsibilities include sourcing strategies, outbound calls, presenting terms, and credentialing support. A strong background in physician recruiting, negotiation, and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of recruiting or sales experience.
• Four year degree in business or sales-related field.
• Strong working knowledge of job boards, research tools and social media.
• Two years of physician recruiting experience.
• Experience with high value contract negotiation.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Self-sufficient with time management and multi-tasking.
• Excellent communication, phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization, prioritization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements and develops recruitment strategies to identify qualified physician candidates.
• Places outgoing calls to potential physician candidates for recruiting purposes.
• Communicates assignment and benefits details to physicians to minimize contract terminations.
• Places qualified physicians with current and new clients nationally.
• Builds professional relationships with healthcare professionals as a career counselor and advisor.
• Negotiates contract terms with physicians including job offers.
• Resolves employment issues and escalates as needed.
• Uses sales strategies based on candidate needs; conducts reference verifications.
• Assists in credentialing document collection and verification.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
