Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers is seeking a Physician Liaison to drive targeted physician referrals and expand the UVC Vein Centers footprint across the territory. You will cultivate relationships with physicians, hospitals, and clinics, educating them on UVC services and tracking leads through the CRM to ensure timely follow-up.

You will represent the UVC brand professionally, analyze market data, and coordinate speaking opportunities while aligning with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years medical sales experience with 1–2 years outside B2B experience.
• Existing relationships with physicians, ACOs, healthcare facilities.
• Understand vascular diseases and communicate clinical information.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; CRM experience.
• HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Stark Laws compliance.
• Up to 100% travel; maintain auto insurance coverage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develops and expands referral base to grow designated UVC Vein business.
• Continuously reviews and reports on product performance and opportunities.
• Educates physician contacts on services offered by UVC.
• Maintains image of UVC as cutting-edge vein disease experts.
• Oversees competitive positioning and market-share growth.
• Identifies physician referral opportunities through research and prospecting.
• Maintains ongoing communications with referring providers and staff.
• Provides information and branded messages to physicians on UVC products.
• Coordinates speaking opportunities with hospitals and medical associations.
• Promotes provider engagement through orientations, visits, events, CEUs, etc.
• Upholds UVVC Core Values and HIPAA compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
