Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in healthcare business development, consultative sales, physician engagement/relationship management, marketing, or relationship management.
• Highly self-motivated with strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, direct, implement, and evaluate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong consultative skills and ability to influence decision-making and provider behavior.

Responsabilités

• Manage a geographically assigned portfolio of referring providers to identify growth opportunities and reduce leakage.
• Build and sustain relationships with referring providers and practice staff through structured outreach and follow-up.
• Apply consultative techniques to uncover provider needs and align VCU Health solutions with practice goals.
• Facilitate patient referrals and assist practices in navigating the health system for efficient access and coordination of care.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to grow referrals and reduce network leakage in priority service lines.
• Coordinate and support provider engagement activities, including physician roundtables and educational briefings.
• Document outreach activities and opportunities in PRM systems and monitor performance against targets.
