• Ability to plan, direct, implement, and evaluate complex provider engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a geographically assigned portfolio of referring providers and drive referral growth.
• Build and sustain relationships with referring providers and practice staff.
• Apply consultative techniques to align VCU Health solutions with practice goals.
