Job summary

CarolinaEast Health System in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to lead full-cycle physician recruitment, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews, site visits, and onboarding.

You will develop recruitment strategies, create job descriptions and marketing materials, build relationships with residency programs and professional organizations, attend recruitment events, and manage candidate travel and communications to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle physician recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop recruitment strategies, job descriptions and marketing materials.
• Build relationships with residency programs and professional organizations.
• Attend recruitment events and outreach to identify candidates.
• Coordinate candidate travel, interviews, site visits and onboarding activities.
• Maintain detailed recruitment records and track candidate progress.
