Piedmont Medical Care Corporation is seeking a Physician Recruitment Manager to lead the physician recruitment department for Physician Enterprise. This role drives the approved recruitment process, identifies qualified physicians, and coordinates sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and vendor management to meet organizational goals.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of progressive recruitment experience (including provider recruitment) and supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5 years of progressive recruitment experience, including 1 year of provider recruitment.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the physician recruitment department per approved process.
• Develop strategic recruitment plans aligning with organizational goals.
• Coordinate candidate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and vendor management.
