• Identifies and sources targeted physicians using a variety of recruitment methods.
• Reviews CVs and screens candidates by phone to assess fit.
• Presents physician opportunities with detail on compensation, benefits and role specifics.
• Develops and posts job descriptions for Tryon’s website.
• Builds candidate databases and tracks hiring progress.
