Job summary

ECU Health and ECU Health Physicians are seeking a Physician Recruiter to recruit physicians and advanced practice providers for hospitals and practices located across eastern North Carolina.

The role involves communicating with employers and candidates, building a robust candidate pipeline with medical schools and residency programs, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong candidate relationships. This is a hybrid position requiring travel for on-site interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• At least two years of experience in healthcare related recruitment or sales.
• Recruiter will be expected to reside in ECU Health's regional locations.

Position Summary

ECU Health and ECU Health Physicians are seeking a Physician Recruiter to recruit physicians and advanced practice providers for hospitals and practices located across eastern North Carolina.

As a Physician Recruiter, you will:

• Communicate efficiently with employers and employees ensuring the needs of both are met in a timely and effective manner.
• Development of candidate pipeline through working relationships with schools, residency programs & medical societies/associations on identifications of physicians seeking employment.
• Pre-screening candidates, coordinating on-site interviews, face-to-face interviewing and collection of feedback from interview panel.
• Establishing a rapport with candidates.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher
• At least two years of experience in healthcare related recruitment or sales.
• Recruiter will be expected to reside in one of ECU Health's regional locations.

Pay Range

• $72,259.20 - $105,328.08 (annually)

Other Information

• 40 hours per week
• Hybrid Position: May work 1-2 days a week on-site
• Monday - Friday (8 am - 5 pm)
• Required to work occasional after hours and career events
• Travel required for on-site interviews at ECU Health hospitals and clinics located across eastern North Carolina and at national and regional recruitment events
