• 5+ years of experience in HR, marketing, medical group operations or communications that includes building relationships with providers and educating them on services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration or HR or related field.
• Strong recruitment and onboarding process knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Acts as primary site liaison and provides consultation/education during pre-interviewing.
• Coordinate site visit plans, itineraries and interviews for candidates.
• Ensure cultural and skill fit in assessment of physician candidates with leadership.
• Maintain consistent communication on candidates and recruitment plans.
• Oversee onboarding and travel arrangements for new hires within the region.
