Job summary

Beloit Health System is seeking a Physician Recruitment Manager to provide strategic oversight of physician recruitment across the organization and report to the Senior VP of Medical Affairs. • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Certifications by MGMA and/or ASPR are preferred.
• On-Site leadership is required; hybrid work model will not be available for this opportunity.
• Healthcare experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and leadership for physician recruitment across the organization.
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and qualification evaluation.
• Lead employment agreement preparation, negotiation, and related business discussions.
• Develop competitive recruitment strategies with executive and physician leadership.
• Coordinate Provider Compensation Program and payroll-related processes.
• Support onboarding and retention efforts for newly hired providers and their families.
• Collaborate with physician leadership and cross-functional teams on quality, safety, and engagement.
